Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Every piece is handcrafted by us in Italy and shipped from there.
How long until it arrives?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within a few business days. Bespoke commissions are made to order and take several weeks to build. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.
How is my piece protected in transit?
Each piece ships in a matte black, book-style box with custom-cut foam, built to protect the frame and plexiglass front the whole way to your door.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
Can I return a piece?
If something is not right with an in-stock piece, get in touch and we will help. Bespoke and one-of-one commissions are made to order, so they cannot be returned. Full terms are on our refund policy.
