A Le Mans prototype that somehow got a number plate.

Adrian Newey drew the Valkyrie with Formula 1 logic and almost no concession to the road: a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated Cosworth V12 spinning past 11,000 rpm, hybrid assistance layered on top, and a body sculpted almost entirely around the air passing underneath it. Getting in means climbing over the sill and lying nearly flat, feet above hips, exactly like a racing driver.

It sits on a dark, gritty ground marked out in white paint, the look of a garage bay floor built for something that rarely stays parked.
